Bug Description

The documentation on bug tracker integration needs work. The material in the User Guide is too detailed and doesn't cover Launchpad at all. The material in the User Reference is basically just a placeholder currently.

At the time, abentley suggested some further tweaks to the doc. I think the current doc is good enough to close this now though.

Marking fix released on the basis that it's too vague now to be useful staying open (i.e. better file a new one if we encounter more precise needs).
