Bug Description
Currently two Mistral environments are used to store passwords and ssh keys. These are "tripleo.
They can be viewed with:
$ mistral environment-get tripleo.
$ mistral environment-get ssh_keys
These store sensitive data in plain text. We should move these to Swift, then they will be stored with all the other passwords and secure information, with the goal of enabling encryption in Swift itself.
