Bug Description

Hello,
I looked everywhere in the menus and on Thunderbird FAQ where to configure
Thunderbird as my default mail client, and did not find any option available
for that.
Either the menu does not exist, or it is very well hidden: in both cases,
I think it should be improved.

"How do I make Thunderbird my default mail program?
....
# GNOME (Unix/Linux): Open the Control Panel. Go to Document Handlers | URL
Handlers. Put mailto in the left text field, and gnome-moz-remote "%s" in the
right one. Then put the following text in ~/.gnome/gnome-moz-remote (create the
file if it does not exist): [Mozilla] filename=absolute path of Thunderbird
install directory/mozilla"

Where in (%*@#&!) is this ?
Thanks for further improvements and/or information :)
Best greetings, Joyce Markoll.

Hi,
I think you need:

System -> Preferences -> Preferred Applications

That also seems to be the most logical place to me. (The mozilla people might
need to update their FAQ, feel free to report it to them ;-)
