A changelog would be nice

Would you please consider keeping and publishing a changelog? I've been trying to find out which version of requests_mock introduced the additional_matcher argument to register_uri(), and I couldn't find that information on PyPI nor on ReadTheDocs.

Hi,

So i've moved development over to github.com/jamielennox/requests-mock so i had missed this. You're right, i've been bad about this. I've previously setup reno as that was standard in openstack but i haven't been using it. I found how to tie this into my published documentation and i'll get that published (though unfortunately there's not much in there, will be pushed for future).

I'm going to try and copy this bug over to github and fix it there.
