Install and configure in keystone

The documentation seems to be outdated.
The command keystone-manage credential_setup --keystone-user keystone --keystone-group keystone does not work.
The command credential_setup does not to be an valid option anymore.

I've switched this from Public Security back to Public. If this really is meant to be a report of a suspected security vulnerability, please add a comment or update the bug description to explain the associated risks and a potential exploit scenario.

Do you have any more info about what error you ran into? The command is still present as of today in master.

While going through the apt logs I noticed the dist-upgrade lost connection. that's probably it. I rerun it and now it's working.
