Bug Description
hi,
Today neutron supports quota on floating IPs, but for private clouds the use cases for shared provider networks are increasing. In this area neutron offers no quota mechanism as far as i can tell, and it is quite painful since we cannot prevent any project from consuming the whole provider network. Ideally we would like to have a much more granular quota system that can handle limits per network, not just a total summary. Private clouds tend to have many external/shared networks in different security zones in the enterprise.
- Floating IP quota per external network.
- IP/ports quota per shared provider network.

I think you mean FloatingIP quota per external network for a tenant, and IP/ports quota per shared provider network. Please see [1], neutron support reture the quota usage INFO for a tenant through /v2.0/quotas/ {tenant_ id}/detail API, does that can solve your issue? But for the first sight, I think this may be different with [1]. It sounds like a new feature. I will tag this as rfe for now.
