Bug Description

The user shouldn't need to try to understand what "Overcloud" means when a successful deployment happens and they can view their "Overcloud information". This should be updated to be more generic.

I wonder if there would be a nice way to teach the terminology to the user. "Overcloud" is all over the docs, both upstream and downstream. I agree in this case it's more consistent with the rest of the Deployment/Plan page though.

Updating "Overcloud" term to be "Deployment"

This patch replaces the word "Overcloud" used after a successful
deployment to be "Deployment". This will avoid the user needing
to understand lower level OpenStack community terminology.
