Web client patron holds list not automatically refreshed

Bug Description

After placing a hold on an item from within the patron holds tab, the hold count increments but the list does not refresh automatically. Reloading the page does refresh it.

I would say this counts as a duplicate of bug 1747968. Kerry, would you please mark the other bug as confirmed if you are able to replicate the related issue mentioned in the first paragraph of bug 1747968?
