systemd package update disables raspi-config autologin

Bug Description

Updated on Stretch to systemd 232-25+deb9u2

Had system set to "Console Autologin" via raspi-config.

When setting up systemd, it resets this, forcing user to login again.

Setting up systemd (232-25+deb9u2) ...
addgroup: The group `systemd-journal' already exists as a system group. Exiting.
Removed /<email address hidden>.
Created symlink /<email address hidden> → /lib/systemd/system/getty@.service.

I confirm that. This issue prevents retropie from loading to EmulationStation GUI after a system update

I just updated a fresh install of retropie and ran into this issue as well.
