web client: Group together like item label settings together

Bug Description
To improve the usability of the Print Item Labels Settings tab, it would be nice to group together similar settings into sections with headers that describe the group of settings. I was envisioning something like the following:
FONT SETTINGS
- Font family
- Font size
- Font weight
LEFT LABEL SETTINGS
- Left margin
- Height
- Width
RIGHT LABEL SETTINGS
- Left margin
- Height
- Width
OTHER SETTINGS
- Inline CSS
- Call Number Wrap Filter Height
- Call Number Wrap Filter Width
