Bug Description
In async-migrate enabled, a clone a volume will create a temp snapshot, if the user delete the on-going cloned volume, the delete_volume should remove the temp snapshot.
currently, the 'snap -destroy' is always called no matter whether the temp snapshot created for the volume.
This cause some performance issue.
We should remove the redundant call in above case.
Thanks
Peter
