The idea behind this feature request is to add time signature information to the Track class. This is a pre-requirement for implementing bug #1128005. The new time signature property should be able to store simple (2/4, 2/4, 4/4), compound (9/8, 12/8) and complex (5/8, 7/8) time signatures.
This change affects the following areas:
* a new class to store time signature information
* Track class changes
* sqlite database and DAL changes
* Track properties page; allow entering the time signature manually
* A new library column to show the time signature
* Pre-populate time signature for existing tracks; 4/4 is the most sensible value
Additional ideas include researching a way to automatically populate the time signature value either via a separate plug-in or from the file itself.
