Bug Description

Run Lubuntu Next 18.04 Beta 1 as a live USB. Once you are in to the desktop (having selected openbox as the display manager during installation), the panel appears at the bottom of the screen but it has no widgets. A selection of default widgets should be included; at least the app menu, network widget, and clock.
