Bug Description
On Lubuntu Next 18.04 Beta 1, open Qterminal and resize it. It does not snap to exact column and row sizes the way xterm and other terminal emulators do, but instead stops at any number of pixels in size and pads incomplete columns and rows on the right and bottom of the window. (That behaviour should only be used when the window is fullscreen.)
