Bug Description

Making even minor modifications to configuration is challenging at the moment, as no editor is installed whatsoever.

I suggest nano - it's easier for users and smaller than vim

I've opened a track for livecd-rootfs where the minimal image is defined and I'm going to close the cloud-images portion.

But I will add that the images themselves set the expectation about what it is to be considered minimal as:

"This system has been minimized by removing packages and content that are
not required on a system that users do not log into."

So I do not expect that an editor would be added.
