Bug Description

This crash is reproducible with bionic updated as of today and with -proposed

(1) Open disks
(2) Select my 8GB usb disk with a FAT partition existing
(3) Select the FAT partition, format partition, as FAT, label "test" - everything else defaults.
(4) Hit next, then hit the "Format" button, crashed immediately on clicking Format

[disk was automounted at the time]

If not reproducible feel free to close due to bionic-proposed
