Bug Description

The desktop environment is totally GTK3 and I need to install fcitx-frontend-qt5 in case of bad input support for any QT5 applications. But if there is no QT5 applications, all QT5 runtime libraries such as libqt5core/gui/.. will also be forced to install, which is bad.

So please decouple runtime dependencies for fcitx-frontend-qt5, moving unnecessary dependencies to Recommends field.

fcitx-frontend-qt5 is pulled into the system through this chain:
fcitx -> Recommends: fcitx-frontend-all -> Recommends: fcitx-frontend-qt5

Feel free to remove the package if you are sure it's not need and it shouldn't bring you into dependency hell, while this implies you are an advanced user since you are asking such kind of problem. We cannot remove those runtime dependencies because they are actually needed by the binary.
