Option to disable tablet support not working

Using a Dec 1 build, and the latest drivers from wacom, the option (in Inkscape preferences -> mouse) to disable tablet support no longer functions.
The tablet is used whether or not the checkbox is ticked. This exposes bugs in gtk support for tablets, This includes the tablet only being usable in
absolute mode, and center and right mouse buttons being reversed.

Patch.

Attached is a one line patch. With this patch everything the user option functions as required, and as it did in 0.45

This fix should be very low risk.

Has this been checked in?
As I said, this is very low risk, It affects only those users with tablets who have set a preference.
This does fix a regression from 0.45.

 I don't have check in rights, so I'll need to ask one of you to do it for me.
