[k8s-Automation]: Selecting set of test cases for k8s-sanity

With new test cases introduced for pre R5.0 and R5.0, the test count for k8s has gone up to 110-120.
Thus, there is a need to select test cases which can be run as part of sanity.

I have selected around 40 test cases to be run as part of regular sanity and tagged them accordingly.
The estimated time to run these test cases should be 2 Hours.

Further optimization or reduction can be done after 1st sanity run if required.
