Bug Description

When the artist or track name includes non-ASCII characters such as éüáèó the characters are correctly used to name the resultant .flac files. However, in the artist and title metadata, those characters show as ## instead of the correct character.

I am using asunder 2.9.1-4 on Xubunutu 17.10.
