Bug Description

The featureset022 check jobs on pike are failing on rdoproject[1], because the containers are missing for the current-tripleo hash. We have the containers on dockerhub, so the openstack-infra jobs are passing. We can re-upload the containers from dockerhub, but we also need to figure out why these containers went missing.

Likely due to a race that deleted the underlying DLRN hash tag (current-tripleo was still intact).
This has happened once before and we have been working to properly extend the tag "whitelist" to the DLRN tags with the help of the DLRN API.
