I didn't check that for other tripleo repos. It might be the case though.

This impacts the whole dev process and CI operations badly. AFAIK, there are quite a few places for Zuul changes cloned from github and not cgit.

TBH I didn't found so much to start worrying, but there some, like OVB repo and quickstart.sh / reproducer-quickstart.sh wrappers clonning the quickstart/extras repos.

And multiple docs references, which is a minor issue though
