Bug Description

The new announcement feature to LP is very cool and handy, however I think it would be even better to be able to use developer's existing blog rss feeds and pull them into LP.

For instance, I have a GNOME Do Changelogs category to my blog with it's own rss feed. When I post a package to a PPA I blog the changelog (since PPA changelogs don't show in update manager). What would be great would be if I could load this rss feed as well as the blog rss feeds of other developers where the LP Announcements RSS feeds actually turns into a "GNOME Do Planet". This would be much more useful to our users so that they get a summary of all kinds of info from the LP team they have subscribed to.

Cool idea! Glad you marked it as wishlist, I won't get to it immediately
but I do like the concept.

I'd also like to see this. FWIW, both SWIK and Ohloh provide this functionality.

unsure if this 14 years old report is what I was looking for exactly, but sure looks related

I'd like to subscribe to a few PPA for updates via RSS

I was hoping I a PPA page would have an RSS already,

is that already possible?

thanks
