Bug Description
Centering text on a circle seems broken.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Draw a circle
2.Create some text that is aligned left (default)
3.Set text to the circle path
4.Select the text and hit center alignment.
Text gets cut out.
Expected behaviour text wrapping around the circle
This can be done in a non intuitive manner, a workaround:
1.Draw a circle
2.Create some text and align it CENTER
3.Set text to the circle path
Text will be wrapping around the circle but 90 degrees left
to start from the top rotate the circle 90 degrees right.
Problem: it should not matter if you click center before or after the text is in the path, it should work regardless.
Inkscape 0.92.2
I can reproduce this in Inkscape 0.92.2, on Windows 7 Pro, 64-bit
Attached SVG file with the results.
