Keepalived container image is missing for Queens promotion registry trunk.registry.rdoproject.org

Description of problem:

The keepalived container image can not be found in trunk.registry.rdoproject.org/master/centos-binary-keepalived:17a57d99b10f5872520e1a395214f80c9cfd1a65_c30c070f, while it exists upstream https://hub.docker.com/r/tripleoqueens/centos-binary-keepalived/

This blocks deployment of containerized keepalived undercloud in the scope of WIP OVB HA job deploying a containerized overcloud on top of containerized UC https://trello.com/c/xkyfUGST/34-identify-all-blockers-for-ovb-fs001

How reproducible:

$ skopeo --tls-verify=false inspect docker://trunk.registry.rdoproject.org/master/centos-binary-keepalived:17a57d99b10f5872520e1a395214f80c9cfd1a65_c30c070f

Steps to Reproduce:

1. For https://review.openstack.org/#/c/542556/ , issue a recheck of the gate-tripleo-ci-centos-7-ovb-3ctlr_1comp-featureset001-master in-place (post a comment containing 'recheck-rdo'), or deploy on RDO cloud with reproduce-quickstart.sh
2. the job fails, see the links below [0],[1]

Actual results:
The keepalived image can't be found

The image can be found

Today the command works

skopeo --tls-verify=false inspect docker://trunk.registry.rdoproject.org/master/centos-binary-keepalived:465e46159f59def9ba550cef0833f0e6469ac072_00a5f8f9

The tag 17a57d99b10f5872520e1a395214f80c9cfd1a65_c30c070f is prolly wrong, so I'm closing this bug
