Symbol table reference column auto width too much

Bug Description
In the symbol table, the reference column width is set too wide to be usable when symbols are grouped.
A max width (during auto resize) of any size would be an improvement.
This is meant to be a quick and dirty improvement to usability in version 5. I understand that there is a lot of work to be done here scheduled for 6.

Using wxCOL_WIDTH_DEFAULT for the reference column would be an easy improvement. I can submit a patch if this get's triaged to 5-rcX
