Bionic at Dell with UEFI or Legacy boot problem

Bug Description
I was using a Bionic Beta and last partial upgrade crash on boot.
I was download the last image avaiable and I has a problem to boot at 3 situations:
1- Boot UEFI Security Enabled: doesn`t crash instalation, but on boot I see a grub2 console only.
2- Boot UEFI Security Desabled: error at grub-installer at install program.
3- Boot UEFI Security Disabled and Legacy boot mode: error at grub-installer at install program. This error reported here.
I now that Bionic is Beta and this can occurs. I post this bug only for help to establish LTS version.
Now, I`m booting live usb and use chroot :p
