Bug Description

I'm trying to upgrade my Ubuntu 17.10 installation to Ubuntu 18.04 using "sudo do-release-upgrade -d".

This fails with the following error message:

Could not calculate the upgrade

An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.
