Bug Description

Parameters ovs_integration_bridge in neutron.conf and ovs_use_veth in lbaas_agents.ini are configurable using puppet-neutron after this review https://review.openstack.org/#/c/520641/. These parameters can't be set by user from undercloud until this review https://review.openstack.org/#/c/518825/. Currently only master branch has this change and remaining branches also need this, so users can get an opportunity to assign these parameters from undercloud.

    Allows Configuration of Additional of Lbaas and Neutron

    Using this, users can assign already available parameters
    such as ovs_use_veth in lbaas_agent.ini and
    ovs_integration_bridge in neutron.conf
