Bug Description

openWNS does not build on cygwin (Windows) since it does not support libraries with unresolved symbols at link time (not application link time, but after compiling). Furthermore, the lib-suffix ".so" is currently hard coded into the build system. This is also no appropriate. I guess on OS X it will not built either.

For cygwin, linking works if './playground.py install --static' is used for now.
