Port's fixed IP is getting removed when trying to delete LBaaS port

Bug Description
Port's fixed ip is getting removed from Port page when trying to delete LB's port.
Steps to repro:
1. Go to Configure-
2. After that LB's port is getting created when you check Configure-
3. Delete the LB's port
Port is not getting deleted as expected. But IP is getting removed. This is not valid. Without ip LB port is not valid.
But if you check in Configure-
