Grub won't install during first install

Bug Description
Trying to install onto a ACER X3990 as dual boot. W10 is installed. Ignored the UEFI warning. Installation stopped when GRUB was to be installed.

Your disk is currently partitioned to boot in bios mode, but you booted the installer in EFI mode. A warning message prompted you that this could be a problem and recommended performing a bios mode install instead, but you chose not to.
