Bug Description

In Ubuntu 17.10 OS while testing with Dell XPS 9360, Dell Latitude 7370, Gigabyte Z170X-Gaming 7 (Desktop)we found that only two monitor can be display with resolution over 2K, it must lower the resolution to 1080p , then both 3 monitor can be display. However, this phenomenon does not happen on Ubuntu 16.04 OS version.

Test environment:
1. Host + DUT + 3 monitor (DP1 + DP2 + HDMI), resolution set 1080p, All monitor can display
2. Host + DUT + 3 monitor (DP1 + DP2 + HDMI), resolution set by monitor default, only DP1/DP2 can display, host and HDMI no display (system can detect monitor EDID)
