Ubuntu cannot find or detect network adapters

Bug Description

It's only on 4.15.0-10 kernel.
When I'm boot on 4.13.0-32 `ifconfig` or `ip a` detect wlan0 and eth0, but when I'm load 4.15.0-10 kernel `ifconfig` or `ip a` detects only lo.

All these logs are from a 4.13 boot and so are not particularly useful. You should confirm that you have the linux-image-extra package installed for that kernel version. If you do have it installed, please attach dmesg from the 4.15 kernel.
