Ubuntu cannot find or detect network adapters

Bug Description
It's only on 4.15.0-10 kernel.
When I'm boot on 4.13.0-32 `ifconfig` or `ip a` detect wlan0 and eth0, but when I'm load 4.15.0-10 kernel `ifconfig` or `ip a` detects only lo.
