Bug Description

KIO access for Google Drive. KIO GDrive enables KIO-aware applications (such as Dolphin, Kate or Gwenview) to access and edit Google Drive files on the cloud.

URL: https://community.kde.org/KIO_GDrive
License: GPL-2+

This had been tested, and works reliably in our backports PPA for 17.10.

Build in our misc staging ppa and packaging can be found at: https://launchpad.net/~kubuntu-ppa/+archive/ubuntu/staging-misc/+sourcepub/8814539/+listing-archive-extra

Just tested the copying of some images using Dolphin from one of my local folders to that same folder on Gdrive. After the copy operation, the images open with no problem. Accessing the same images on the web at https://drive.google.com/drive/folders works without a hitch.

It would be great to have this available for 18.04.

+1
