Confirmed and filed as an RC on Debian. Will prepare a fix shortly.

FYI, the issue is a combination of upstream now explicitly listing 'pyqt5' in install_requires, and a technicality in the Debian packaging of pyqt5, see <https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=890200>.

Please upload new Debian *1-2 version to Ubuntu. This one close this critical issue.
