Bug Description

It would be nice if we can get rid of hardcode version for all important services. Unfortunately, we're using hardcode version for CoreDNS image, see https://github.com/openstack/magnum/blob/master/magnum/drivers/common/templates/kubernetes/fragments/core-dns-service.sh#L96
