Bug Description
OPAC
Advanced search presents a list of search criteria that is editable: you can add a row to the list or delete an existing row. When the user deletes the first row, the boolean selector should be deleted, as it makes no sense in the first position.
EG versiona ALL
Opensrf N/A
PG N/A
Reproduce problem: Bring up Advanced Search. Click [X] to right of first criterion.
This is a polishing up of UI behavior.
