Bug Description

Introduce VIFInternal, a representation of an internal port. An implementation should be included, which will be in the in-tree OVS plugin.

Ideally, add support for namespace aware plugging (https://bugs.launchpad.net/os-vif/+bug/1666931).

Reason: With no activity since February, this looks abandoned. Please restore if you plan on continuing to work on this, but it probably also requires a minimal specless blueprint for the stein release since this is a feature add.
