Bug Description

May be a duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/snapcraft/+bug/1742559

I'd like to use the latest release candidate of yarn to confirm that proxy issues we've been having on Launchpad are resolved (https://github.com/yarnpkg/yarn/pull/4903). However, snapcraft is pinned to the latest stable version.

There's a node-engine property that can be used to request a specific nodejs version.For clarity it might be best to introduce a new yarn-version property, which could presumably set node-package-mangager to yarn as well.
