Related bug: https:/
Supporting services for neutron's L3, DHCP and Metadata agents are terminated along with the container where in baremetal deployments they continue to operate. This affects how operators might approach testing configuration changes and debugging. We should document the difference and how operators can adapt their practices to container based deployments and achieve results similar to baremetal.
