when trying to deploy a containerized Keepalived, the container doesn't exist.

We need a promotion.
The commit that added containerized keepalived service to tripleo https:/ /review. openstack. org/#/c/ 536071/ was merged 11 days ago, but the according to https:/ /hub.docker. com/r/tripleoma ster/centos- binary- mariadb/ the last promotion happened 20 days ago.
BTW, the code that checks what container images to push lives at https:/ /github. com/rdo- infra/ci- config/ blob/master/ ci-scripts/ container- push/container- push.yml# L44-L56.
When I run it locally it finds the keepalived image which indicates we'll have the image with the next promotion.
