Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools
Script process-interdiff should be considered for inclusion in ubuntu-dev-tools, after improving it (add error handling).

It needs a fair bit of improvement :) Also, if there is a better way to extract the same information, with an alternate tool, that would be just as good. (even not using interdiff).
