Can not scroll past duplicate entries in the font list

Bug Description

Using Inkscape 0.92.2 on Mint 17.3.

I have a font that comes in two different styles. Each of these has its own OTF file, and the metadata is so that "Name" is identical, just "Style" is different. This leads to two entries in the Inkscape font list with the same name.

Actually in this case, both entries lead to the same style -- but I wasn't sure whether this isn't a bug in an external library. The part of this bug that I think is on the Inkscape side comes into play when

1) Create a text
2) Select or click into it
3) Start scrolling through the font list
4) Fonts are applied to the text
5) Reach the duplicate entry
6) Further attempts to scroll will not work, you have to drop the menu down and select the next font.

This only happens if step 4 occurs. I've noticed that if you scroll really fast so you can't see the text changing, it's possible to jump over the problem.
