Bug Description
Verify Quota is displayed on the sidebar of the Content->Files page
This only requires a line or two, so can be combined with https:/
Just check quota is displayed with default maximum of 50.0MB, as here:

If the test needs to check what the maximum is set to before checking the display, we could have a step to do that.
