Bug Description

ever since version 3.x of this tool, the argument for --check seems to be ignored.

$ licensecheck -r -c '\.(cpp)$' .
./CMakeLists.txt.user: *No copyright* UNKNOWN
./CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md: *No copyright* UNKNOWN
./LICENSE: UNKNOWN
[...]
