Touchpad change behaviour after sleep mode on kernel 4.13

Bug Description
After it awakes from sleep mode the touchpad doesn't recognize a second finger when the first is clicking thus preventing to drag & drop.
Also cursor tends to lag easily. The bug occurs on kernel 4.13.0-32-generic not on 4.11.

Thank you for submitting this bug and reporting a problem with synaptic. You made this bug report some time ago and Ubuntu has been updated since then.
Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the ticket?

If you are, could you let us know, and in the current version, run the following (only once):

and upload the updated logs and and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.
