Bug Description

After merging contrail-test and contrail-test-ci:-

class TestMetadataSSL(test_vm_basic.TestBasicVMVN):
this import caused metadatassl scripts to be executed as part of ci-sanity
we need to revisit the inheritance
or may be create a verify_metadata_service in base.py and call it rather than inheriting the testclass
