Clicking with key 5 on numpad does Not work on Nautilus or on Toolbars/Apps menu (as well as dragging windows by title bar, or resizing windows, by holding key 5 and dragging mouse).
Clicking also does Not work on applications such as Settings, Calculator, gedit.
Clicking with numpad Does work inside and Only Inside the content of specific applications, such as Firefox, Chrome, Dropbox client, desktop area (where desktop icons are placed).
