Please merge kobodeluxe from Debian unstable to hardy

Bug Description

Hello,

I think that kobodeluxe should be merged from Debian unstable. This is the list of the remaining changes:
 - Added a .desktop file, updated deleting encoding field and
   Application category in Categories, both now deprecated to
   validate with the latest desktop-file-validate.
 - Modify Maintainer value to match Debian-Maintainer-Field Spec
